The Complete Workflow

The benches follow the sequence of building and proving a cartridge: resize, prep, anneal, prime, charge, seat, audit, and validate. Start at Bench 1 for the full workflow, or jump directly to the bench you want to explore.
How Sigma8 Teaches
Fundamentals first.
Every bench is organized into three layers. Start with a safe SAAMI-spec foundation. Hold the measurements that define the batch. Then change one variable at a time and use the data to decide what comes next.
Control Points
Hold the batch consistent.
Control measurements such as trim length, shoulder bump, neck diameter, primer, powder lot, and seating depth across the batch.
Tune Variables
Change one thing at a time.
Test deliberate changes, most commonly powder charge and bullet seating depth, so the target can show what worked.

Resizing
Restore cartridge geometry after firing. Resize to SAAMI spec or precisely control shoulder bump and neck tension for your chamber.
