1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing sigma8labs.com or using the Qual8 app (available at qual8labs.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of Sigma8 Labs products and services, including physical products purchased through sigma8labs.com and digital subscriptions to the Qual8 app.

3. Physical Products

3.1 Orders and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment is required at the time of purchase.

3.2 Shipping

We ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Sigma8 Labs is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control.

3.3 Returns and Guarantee

3.4 Product Use

Sigma8 Labs precision measurement tools are designed for use with firearms and reloading equipment. You are responsible for using all products in a safe and lawful manner and in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

4. Qual8 App — Digital Subscription

4.1 Subscription Tiers

The Qual8 app is available under the following subscription tiers:

  • Marksman — Free. 1 active rifle for ammo comparisons.
  • Sharpshooter — $29.99/year or $3.99/month. Unlimited comparisons and badge access.
  • Premium Handloader — $49.99/year or $5.99/month. Full handload optimization engine, 1 active rifle for tuning.
  • Elite Handloader — $99.99/year or $11.99/month. Unlimited active rifles, CV analysis, and Barrel Life Tracker.

Tier features and pricing are subject to change with notice to subscribers.

4.2 Billing and Renewal

Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.

4.3 Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@sigma8labs.com within 30 days of the charge.

4.4 Data and Downgrading

Your data is permanently preserved regardless of subscription tier. Downgrading your tier will freeze access to gated features but will never delete your data. Upgrading restores full access to all previously archived data.

4.5 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4.6 Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Qual8 app, including but not limited to: attempting to reverse engineer the software, scraping or harvesting data, or using the service in any way that violates applicable law.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on sigma8labs.com and qual8labs.com — including text, images, logos, the Σ8 mark, the 8-Bench Framework, and the Qual8 app — is the property of Sigma8 Labs, LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Sigma8 Labs does not warrant that the Qual8 app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular result will be achieved through use of our tools or system.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sigma8 Labs, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our products or services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Weld County, Colorado.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers by email.
